November 25, 2024 – Kimball Midwest is highlighted in the November/December issue of a national magazine.

 

Kimball Midwest President Patrick McCurdy III and General Sales Manager Steve Thompson are featured on the cover of the current edition of Industrial Supply Magazine. The article, titled “Strengthening the Sales Core,” reviews some of the company’s keys to success, including top-notch training, hiring, onboarding and compensation.

 

“As a family business, we want to make sure we’ve wrapped our arms around the members of our sales team and make sure they understand there are people and programs here to support them,” Patrick McCurdy III said in the article. “Our ask is that you take the time to embrace them. And when we do that together, we have our best outcomes.”

 

The article also highlighted Kimball Midwest’s success as demonstrated by the awards it has received in recent years, including Selling Power magazine’s 60 Best Companies to Sell For in 2024, Chief Learning Officer’s 2024 LearningElite Awards and the 2024 Training APEX Awards.
