Kimball Midwest Earns Marketing Awards

Columbus, Ohio – January 29, 2019 – Kimball Midwest, a national industrial supplier based in Columbus, received four awards last week at the 2018 Achievement in Marketing Awards hosted by the American Marketing Association’s Columbus Chapter.
 
Kimball Midwest received two Gold Awards and two Silver Awards in the competition, which included entries from organizations around Central Ohio.
 
One Gold Award came in the Training or Corporate Video category, honoring videos designed to educate sales representatives and customers about the company’s online sales platform at kimballmidwest.com (Storefront).
 
The other Gold Award came in the Direct Mail category, recognizing a postcard sent to customers as part of the company’s True Partners program. True Partners is a cost recovery tool that allows shops to track and charge customers for small parts that previously were non-recoverable. It also can track parts and maintenance, repair and operations spend used to service a company’s own equipment.
 
One Silver Award came in the Email Marketing category for a series of messages designed to encourage new customers to register for kimballmidwest.com accounts. The other came in the Collateral Advertising category for a brochure produced in connection with the company’s 2018 Cutting Tools Promotion.
