Columbus, Ohio – April 29, 2021 – Kimball Midwest recently received an award for its learning and development efforts.
Kimball Midwest was one of 59 organizations honored as part of Chief Learning Officer’s 11th LearningElite Awards program. It was the company’s first year on the list, among organizations including Cardinal Health, Pepsico and Columbia Sportswear.
The program was designed with assistance from a group of CLOs and senior learning and development practitioners in 2011. Each year, the LearningElite judges review and rate applications based on five dimensions critical to learning organizations: learning strategy, leadership commitment, learning execution, learning impact and business performance results.
