Kimball Midwest Takes 13th Top Workplaces Honor

It is the 13^th consecutive recognition for Kimball Midwest from Columbus CEO magazine.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected and Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” Energage CEO Eric Rubino said. “That's something to be proud of. • “I have the flexibility to make my own decisions. They truly care about my wellbeing and my family. My job allows me to interact with others, make relationships and make myself financially successful to support my family.”
