February 27, 2026 – Kimball Midwest again has been recognized by Training magazine for excellence in training and development programs.
The publication ranked Kimball Midwest among the winners of its 2026 Training MVP Awards, recognizing organizations that demonstrate superior commitment to workforce learning and development. The awards were presented earlier this week during a gala in Orlando.

“Our people are the driving force behind Kimball Midwest’s success,” said Kate Callison, director of sales development for Kimball Midwest. “By deepening our leadership programs, creating stronger career pathways and reinforcing a culture of continuous learning, we’re equipping our associates to perform at their best for our customers every day.”
The Training MVP Awards ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely those efforts align with business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of behavior change and business impact.
To be considered for the Training MVP Awards, companies complete a detailed application, which is scored quantitatively by an outside research and statistical data company and qualitatively by Training magazine’s editor/publisher and Training Hall of Fame representatives.
